In between Cabo San Lucas and La Paz sits the gorgeous landscape and waters of the East Cape. Here you will find peaceful and quiet little fishing villages dotting the coastline. La Casa Thea Rosa is located outside one of these little fishing villages, El Cardonal.

Hi! We are Nick and Thea, proprietors of La Dolce Vita LLC. We specialize in finding vacation rental properties and creating authentic experiences in Tuscany, Italy and Baja California Sur, Mexico. We find the properties and then arrange and manage the experiences you will enjoy. But we don't over schedule you because half of the experience is through relaxation, observation and self exploration!
"La dolce vita" means "The sweet life" in both Italian and Spanish. The perfect words to describe these two beautiful destinations.
